The Forgotten Heroes held their first fundraising event on 13th May 2010; a quiz night at The Prospect Pub in Hunslet, Leeds.

Landlady Adele Thorpe said "We wanted to do something to help The Forgotten Heroes reach their target, and a Quiz night seemed the perfect way of doing so. It was a successful night, with plenty of people attending, and our regulars said they had a great time, so we’ll be doing something again in the near future."

The trustees of The Forgotten Heroes would like to extend their thanks to Adele and the team at the Prospect for generously donating a buffet for the evening, and to all those who donated raffle prizes and attended and helped us raise £106 towards our target.
